Janice Mejia is an Associate Professor of Instruction in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences at Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering. She also teaches in the Design Thinking and Communication (DTC), Master in Engineering Management (MEM), and College Prep programs. Her research focuses on mixed methods in engineering education, curriculum development, and issues of equity and identity in STEM.
