Janet Naidenova

Janet Naidenova is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski since October 2021. She teaches courses in E-business, M-business, and E-commerce. Prior to this, she taught Internet Marketing at Sofia University's Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics (2003–2007) and Digital Marketing at the University of Plovdiv Paisii Hilendarski (2021–2024).

With over 30 years of professional experience in information technology, e-commerce, and marketing, she held the position of Channel Marketing Director for EMEA at a global Fortune 500 company. She founded JNN Consult in 1999, the first specialized marketing consulting agency in Bulgaria focused on technology, digital, and integrated marketing, which served as Gartner's marketing agency for Bulgaria.

Her research and professional work spans ICT marketing, e-commerce strategy, digital transformation, and business innovation. She has contributed to technology sectors through numerous White Papers and strategic partnerships, including the "E-commerce Success" qualification program (2019) between Sofia University and the Bulgarian E-commerce Association (BEA).
