Janet Floyd

Janet Floyd serves as Associate Professor of Business Administration at Fairmont State University's School of Business & Aviation and Faculty Athletic Representative since 2023, bridging academic and athletic departments to advance student-athlete success across classroom, competition, and community engagement. With 28 years at the institution, she progressed from adjunct faculty to her current tenure-track position.
