Dr. Janet Aylott is a Senior Lecturer in Human Nutrition at the School of Applied Sciences, LSBU. She joined the university in September 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nutritionist in the food industry and freelance consulting. Her teaching spans multiple degree programmes across the School of Applied Sciences and the National Bakery School.
Her educational background includes:
- PhD in Human Nutrition (1996–2000)
- BSc (Hons) in Nutrition, Physiology and Biochemistry (1993–1996)
