Jane Moeller

Jane Moeller is a Lecturer in the College of Nursing at Charleston Southern University, where she has served since 2019. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winona State University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.

Her research and professional focus centers on maternal-child nursing, pediatric care, and patient experience improvement. She integrates clinical expertise with educational innovation, particularly in discharge planning and quality enhancement. Her work spans both clinical and educational domains, emphasizing healthcare delivery and team dynamics.

Jane’s presentations and posters address critical topics like discharge process optimization, staff retention, and patient satisfaction, reflecting trends in clinical nursing and healthcare quality. At the ANCC National Magnet Conference (2019) and Lowcountry Nursing Research Conference (2019), she highlighted strategies for improving patient outcomes.

Jane previously worked at the Mayo Clinic, Rady’s Children’s Hospital, and Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, where she transitioned from clinical practice to education. She has taught American Heart Association courses since 2008 and remains active in professional organizations like Sigma Theta Tau International and the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses.
