Eleanor Keller

Eleanor Keller is an Adjunct Professor in the Office of Clinical Education (Lancaster) and currently serves as Director of Nursing at a residential facility for substance use disorders and mental health. She has extensive experience in nursing management across medical/surgical units, oncology, critical care, and post-anesthesia care, including opening a 30-bed orthopedic hospital. Her roles include overseeing patient experience, quality outcomes, and interdisciplinary teams.
