Nancy Elkins, Ed.D., MSN, BSN, ASN, RN, is a Professor and Coordinator of the Nursing Administration Graduate Program at Marshall University School of Nursing. With 25 years of nursing experience and 19 years in nursing education, she specializes in student retention, technology integration in nursing education, and substance abuse screening training.
