Jane Kirtley is the Silha Professor of Media Ethics and Law at the University of Minnesota's Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication, within the College of Liberal Arts. She serves as Director of the Silha Center for the Study of Media Ethics and Law and is affiliated with the University of Minnesota Law School. Her career spans academia, legal practice, and journalism.
