Jane Bourke is Professor of Economics at University College Cork and theme leader (Innovation Systems) at the Spatial and Regional Economics Research Centre. Her research examines innovation, technology adoption, healthcare economics, and business performance.
A founding member of UCC's research centers, she co-leads the UK's Enterprise Research Centre. Funded by SFI, IRC, and international bodies, she publishes in journals like Research Policy and Health Policy. Her work addresses innovation ecosystems and healthcare efficiency.
