Dr. Jana Sadeh is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Economics at the University of Southampton, affiliated with the School of Economic, Social and Political Sciences (ESPS). She co-manages the Experimental Lab and chairs the Athena Swan Committee within ESPS. Her research focuses on behavioral economics, including time and risk preferences, their impact on student performance, and behavioral nudges. She holds a PhD from the University of Southampton (2016) and an MSc in Environmental Economics from the University of York. Prior to academia, she worked at the Central Bank of Malta and as an economic consultant.
