Jan Sefcik

Prof. Jan Sefcik is a Professor in the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering at the University of Strathclyde. He leads research in particle engineering, nanostructured materials, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, focusing on optimizing crystallization processes and real-time process analytical tools. His work addresses sustainable medicines development, improving quality and reducing costs. He is a co-investigator in major grants such as the EPSRC MediForge Hub and has contributed to projects like the CMAC MicroFactory.
