Jan Schöpfel

Jan Schöpfel is a Researcher in the Integrated Systems department at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Ruhr-Universität Bochum. His research focuses on advanced microwave and millimeter-wave systems, particularly in automotive radar technology, high-frequency integrated circuits, and SiGe-based solutions.
