Slim Boumaiza

Slim Boumaiza is a Professor and Director of the Centre for Intelligent Antenna and Radio Systems at the University of Waterloo. His expertise spans microwave engineering, antenna systems, and millimeter-wave communication technologies. He leads research in RF beamforming, digital predistortion, and power amplifier design for 5G/6G networks. Boumaiza’s work focuses on advancing component testing methodologies, phased array calibration, and high-frequency signal generation.
