Jan Henrik Gruenhagen

Dr Jan Henrik Gruenhagen is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Mining Equipment, Technology and Services (METS) Business Innovation, QUT Business School, Queensland University of Technology. His research focuses on technology transformation in the mining and METS sector, technological innovation systems, and decarbonisation of energy consumption, with a particular emphasis on economic, managerial, and social drivers and barriers.

Dr Gruenhagen teaches Intercultural Communication, Negotiation Skills, and Operations Management, drawing on his prior managerial experience in the German media industry.
