Jamine Dettmering

Jamine Dettmering is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Applied Behavior Analysis at Northwestern Lake University (NLU), where she has taught since 2018. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental illness in home and community settings, primarily focusing on children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Her expertise spans Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Behavior Management, and Acceptance and Commitment Training, with a focus on staff training, supervision, and systems analysis. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology while maintaining her role at NLU.

Jamine specializes in Relational Frame Theory, Applications of ABA, and Performance Management in behavioral health services. Her work emphasizes evidence-based practices for skill assessment, intervention, and training systems.

At NLU, she teaches core courses such as Concepts & Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, Ethics in Applied Behavior Analysis, and Supervision & Training in Applied Behavior Analysis, contributing to the development of future practitioners.
