Jamie I Baum

Jamie I. Baum is Associate Professor of Nutrition and Director of the Center for Human Nutrition at the University of Arkansas, with joint appointments in Food Science and the Experiment Station. Her research examines protein metabolism across the lifespan, sustainable nutrition systems, and dietary interventions for metabolic health.
