Jamie Gentille, MPH, CCLS, is an Adjunct Professor in Biobehavioral Health at George Mason University and Director of Child Life Services at Inova Children’s Hospital since 2002. She is also a Certified Child Life Specialist and Ambassador for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

Her research bridges human behavioral ecology, zooarchaeology, and Paleolithic studies, with a focus on:

- DNA preservation in Levantine sediments
