Jamie Alexis Olson

Jamie Alexis Olson is a Lecturer in the Department of English at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. She earned her MFA in Creative Writing from The New School (2013) and a BA in English from the University of New Mexico. As a writer, theorist, and Transgender/LGBTQ+ activist, Olson advocates for equality and contributes to discussions on gender identity and social justice. Her current projects include drafting a novel and memoir.
