James Walker

Dr. James Walker serves as a Visiting Professor at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU), where he contributes to the international MA in Human Rights program. Holding a PhD in geography from UCLA, he brings interdisciplinary expertise to his academic role.

His research integrates critical geopolitics, international practice theory, and science and technology studies to examine how new technologies impact human rights-oriented non-state actors.
