Brian Perlman

Brian Perlman is a German-American Fulbright Fellow serving as Visiting Scientist in the Professorship for International Human Rights Politics at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg. He holds a master's degree in journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, where he led investigations into airstrikes targeting Syrian health infrastructure.
