James Stover

James Stover serves as an Assistant Professor of Acting and Musical Theatre within the Department of Theatre and Film at Bowling Green State University's College of Arts and Sciences. Previously, he held academic appointments at Purdue University Fort Wayne (as Assistant Professor and Head of Musical Theatre), The University of Toledo, and Virginia Commonwealth University (both as Visiting Assistant Professor).

His educational credentials include an MFA in Theatre Performance Pedagogy from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Otterbein University. Stover maintains active professional engagement through membership in the Actor's Equity Association.
