James Stockman is a Doctoral Tutor at the School of Media, Film and Music, University of Sussex. His research focuses on the convergence of digital media, computational power, and critical reason, particularly examining the concept of 'digital totalitarianism' in contemporary sociopolitical contexts. He is also a member of the editorial collective for the journal Studies in Social & Political Thought.
