James S. Schwaber, PhD, holds the endowed Daniel B. Baugh Professorship in Anatomy and serves as Director of the Daniel B. Baugh Institute within the Department of Pathology and Genomic Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University's College of Life Sciences. His primary office is located in Jefferson Alumni Hall, Philadelphia.

He earned his PhD from the University of Miami in 1973.
