James Pearce is a Senior Lecturer in Paramedicine at Flinders University's College of Medicine and Public Health. He is also a registered Paramedic with SA Ambulance Service and a PhD candidate researching reporting guidelines in paramedicine and prehospital care.

He has received multiple awards including Fellowships from the Australasian College of Paramedicine and Advance HE, teaching accolades from Flinders University, and service medals for clinical contributions.
