James Oloo is a Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Windsor. He specializes in educational equity, critical race theory, and multilingual education. His research addresses systemic inequities faced by marginalized groups in educational institutions, including Indigenous and Black students, racialized professionals, and immigrant populations. Professor Oloo has received the Teaching Excellence Award (2022) from the University of Windsor Education students, recognizing his impactful pedagogical approaches.
