James Nealy, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas at San Antonio's College of Liberal and Fine Arts. He earned his PhD from Duke University in 2022 and specializes in the political-economic and social history of Modern Europe, the Soviet Union, and the Global Cold War. His work has been published in Kritika, Revolutionary Russia, and Contemporary European History.
