James McGennis

James McGennis serves as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Policy at the University of Connecticut and concurrently holds the position of Executive Director of the Connecticut Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) Governing Board. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience across government, non-profits, aerospace, and healthcare sectors, specializing in project management, operational optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
