James Mazza

James Mazza is a Professor at the University of Washington's College of Education, specializing in school psychology with a focus on adolescent mental health. His research explores internalizing disorders (depression, anxiety, PTSD), suicidal behavior, cyberbullying impacts, and violence exposure in youth, emphasizing the integration of mental health services within educational systems through Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).
