James Garofalo

Dr. James Garofalo is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Yale School of Medicine. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Certificate in Business Administration from the American Society of Anesthesiologists. His clinical expertise includes orthopedic anesthesia, regional nerve blocks, and perioperative care, with particular focus on hip/knee/shoulder surgeries. He has performed over 400 peripheral nerve blocks, including Interscalene, Supraclavicular, and Femoral blocks, and has extensive experience with catheter placement for continuous analgesia.
