James Fox is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Leadership and Literacy Studies Department at Salisbury University's Seidel School of Education. He also serves as the Director of the M.Ed. in Educational Leadership program. With extensive executive leadership experience in P-12 education, his expertise spans accreditation, strategic planning, and organizational leadership development.

Research Focus: Dr. Fox’s work centers on educational administration, organizational leadership, and systemic change initiatives. His prior roles include Assistant Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi and leadership in the Mississippi Association of Professors of Educational Leadership (MAPEL).
Professional Contributions: He has served as Chief Researcher for the Center for Board Behavior Reform and contributed to leadership development programs. His current roles reflect his commitment to advancing educational leadership through academic and administrative excellence.
