James Faulconbridge is a Professor of Transnational Management at Lancaster University. His research focuses on the globalization and organization of professional service sectors, including accounting, advertising, architecture, executive search, and law. He completed his PhD in 2005 at Loughborough University as part of the Globalization and World Cities (GaWC) research team. His work explores how professional service firms leverage world cities and digital technologies like generative AI.
