James E. Schrager is a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His research focuses on the application of strategy in executive decision-making, leveraging Herbert A. Simon’s Bounded Rationality model to predict business success or failure, and analyzing board governance and venture capital processes.
