James Duncan

James S. Duncan, PhD, is an Associate Professor at Fox Chase Cancer Center (part of Temple University Health System). His research focuses on applying proteomics to identify therapeutic targets in cancer kinomes, particularly in ovarian and colorectal cancers. He leads a lab investigating kinase-driven therapies, kinome reprogramming in response to targeted inhibitors, and combination therapies to combat drug resistance.

Research interests include:

• Proteomics-driven discovery of 'dark kinome' targets for cancer treatment.
