James Carroll is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Clarkson University. He is affiliated with the Coulter School of Engineering & Applied Sciences and leads research in mechatronics, robotics, and virtual reality. Dr. Carroll founded the Advanced Visualization Laboratory and co-founded the FIRST Robotics team at Clarkson. He has held multiple grants, including NSF-funded projects in engineering education and laboratory innovation.
