James C. Gee is a Professor of Radiologic Science in Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine. He serves as Director of the Penn Image Computing and Science Laboratory and Co-Director of the Translational Biomedical Imaging Center, with affiliations in Bioengineering and Applied Mathematics graduate groups. His research focuses on biomedical image analysis, specialization in segmentation, registration, and morphometry applied to neurodegenerative diseases and multi-organ systems.
- Education: B.S. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering (University of Washington, 1987), Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science (University of Pennsylvania, 1996)
