James Bashford is an Associate Professor in the School of Education and Social Work at the University of Sussex, specializing in Mathematics Education. His roles include leading Secondary Mathematics Initial Teacher Education and Subject Knowledge Enhancement programs. He has extensive experience in secondary mathematics teaching and curriculum development, spanning over two decades across multiple institutions in the UK and New Zealand.
