Jakub Kopania is a lecturer at the Film and Television Directing Department of the National Film School in Łódź since 2021, where he also serves as the Dean's Representative for Film Production. Born on February 16, 1993, in Łódź, he graduated from the Department of Film Art Organization at the same institution in 2018.
His primary areas of expertise include film production management, location scouting and management, production coordination, documentary filmmaking, and feature film production. With extensive experience across various film formats including feature films, documentaries, television series, and student etudes, Kopania has developed a comprehensive understanding of the film production process from pre-production through post-production.
Over the past decade, Kopania has been involved in more than 40 film productions in various capacities. His recent work demonstrates a strong focus on both Polish and international film projects, with particular emphasis on location management and production coordination. His portfolio spans diverse genres including drama, historical films, comedy series, and documentaries, showcasing his versatility as a film production professional.
