Dr. Jagdeep Kaur Sabharwal is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at James Cook University (Singapore Campus). She specializes in Social Psychology with a focus on stress management, mindfulness, and well-being. Her research explores social influences on well-being, burnout, psycho-social gerontology, and learning design. She holds a PhD in Social Psychology from Punjabi University, India, and a Graduate Certificate in Education from James Cook University.
