Dr. Jagath Kaluarachchi serves as Dean of Utah State University's College of Engineering and holds a Professorship in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He earned his PhD in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from Virginia Tech. His expertise spans hydrology, water resources management, and international development projects in arid regions. He has advised 18 PhD and 16 MS students, conducted projects in over 15 countries, and published nearly 80 journal articles.
