Jade Winn

Jade Winn serves as Assistant Dean of Instruction, Assessment and Engagement at the University of Southern California Libraries, having joined the faculty in 2009 as Head of Social Work and Education Library Services. She has dedicated nearly a decade to strategic planning and program development for USC Libraries.

Her academic credentials include:

• BA in Psychology from San Diego State University
• MMLIS from San Jose State University
• EdD in Educational Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego

Dr. Winn's research integrates global citizenship frameworks with evidence-based educational practices, emphasizing DEIA+AR curriculum design, non-medical systematic reviews, and AI-enhanced information literacy. She currently spearheads evidence synthesis services—including systematic and scoping reviews—for USC’s University Park Campus, bridging quantitative social science methodologies with emerging educational technologies to advance scholarly research infrastructure.
