Dr Jade McGlynn is a Leverhulme Early Career Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Department of War Studies at King’s College London. She holds a DPhil in Russian Studies from the University of Oxford and previously lectured in Russian at Oxford. Her work focuses on memory politics, sociopolitical trends in post-Soviet states, and Russia’s military aggression in Ukraine. She conducts frequent fieldwork in eastern Ukraine and analyzes Russian propaganda narratives.
