Jacqui Horan

Jacqui Horan is an Associate Professor of Law at Monash University, specializing in courtroom communication and serving as a jury expert. Her research focuses on enhancing jury trial processes, particularly in sexual assault cases, and she has authored numerous publications, including the co-edited 2025 book Sexual Assault Trials: Challenges and Innovations. She collaborates with the Victorian Courts' Jury Advisory Groups and has contributed to media through the 2024 SBS drama The Jury: Death on the Staircase.
