Jacques William Bouvier

Dr Jacques William Bouvier is a Research Fellow at Trinity College, University of Oxford, where his work focuses on the biology of photosynthesis in plants. His research combines evolutionary analyses with translational approaches to address fundamental questions about photosynthetic mechanisms, their adaptation across species, and potential optimization for food security and climate change resilience.

His research spans both fundamental biology and applied plant biotechnology, with a particular emphasis on
