She founded Reclaim Seed NYC in 2018, an urban seed initiative stewards community-sustained seed libraries and advances seed/food sovereignty through regional networks reflecting local foodways and climate resilience, with documented focus on Sicilian, African diaspora, and Taíno cultural practices.
