Jacqueline Bhabha is the Director of Research at the François-Xavier Bagnoud (FXB) Center for Health and Human Rights and the Professor of the Practice of Health and Human Rights at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She also holds affiliations as the Jeremiah Smith Jr. Lecturer in Law at Harvard Law School and an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Her research focuses on the intersection of human rights and migration studies, particularly addressing child protection, statelessness, and global health disparities. Current projects include:
- Lancet Commission on Reparations linking Roma rights to broader reparations discourse
- Maternal Health access for asylum seekers in Greece and Mexico
- Anti-Roma Stigma research in Canada
- Education Access for marginalized youth in Rajasthan
Her recent publications analyze migrant health rights, refugee exclusion, and child marriage impacts, reflecting her commitment to health equity and human rights frameworks. She serves on the boards of the Scholars at Risk Network, World Peace Foundation, and Journal of Refugee Studies, and founded the Alba Collective for rural women's empowerment.
