Jacob M. Eubank is an Assistant Professor at Lehman College CUNY within the Department of Exercise Sciences and Recreation. He serves as Deputy Chair of the department and Program Director for Recreation Education and Therapeutic Recreation programs.

His research examines recreational behavior's impact on college student well-being, focusing on pandemic adaptation, resilience development, and sense of belonging. He has pioneered studies on informal recreation's role in stress reduction and emotional health.
Recent publications analyze recreation's mediating effects on post-pandemic emotions at Hispanic-serving institutions, racial disparities in resilience, and aquatics-based student engagement. His work bridges leisure studies with mental health outcomes in diverse educational environments.
As former Assistant Director of Aquatics at UNCW, he maintains Red Cross certifications in lifeguarding and emergency response. He teaches recreation administration, research methods, and leadership courses at Lehman College.
