Jaclyn H. Bonder is an Associate Professor of Clinical Rehabilitation Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and an Associate Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. She serves as the Medical Director of Women’s Health Rehabilitation at Weill Cornell Medicine & NewYork-Presbyterian. Her academic affiliations include adjunct roles at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Bonder specializes in musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care for women, focusing on pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related disorders, postpartum recovery, and gynecologic surgery rehabilitation.
Education: She earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (1999) and M.D. from New York University School of Medicine (2005). Her postgraduate training included residency at NYU’s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident.
Research & Clinical Focus: Her expertise spans chronic pelvic pain, urinary/bowel incontinence, sports injuries in women, and musculoskeletal conditions during pregnancy. She emphasizes non-surgical interventions to improve quality of life. Awards include recognition as a 'Super Doctors - New York Rising Star' in 2013, 2014, and 2016.
Additional Roles: She previously served on faculty at NYU/Rusk before joining Weill Cornell in 2014. Her clinical practices are located across multiple New York locations, including Weill Cornell Medical Center and the Iris Cantor Women's Health Center.
