Dr. Jackie Abell is an Associate Professor at Coventry University's Centre for Agroecology, Water and Resilience (CAWR), where she leads ethics governance and serves as Aspire+ Lead (Social Sciences). Her work bridges social psychology and conservation biology, focusing on human-animal relationships, lion reintroduction, and community-driven conservation strategies. She holds a PhD in Psychology (Loughborough University) and an MSc in Animal Behaviour (Manchester Metropolitan University).
