Jianliang "Jack" Yang is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Materials Science & Engineering and the Materials and Manufacturing Futures Institute (MMFI) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). His research focuses on computational chemistry and materials science, particularly on structural-property relationships in organic and inorganic systems, electron-phonon interactions, and machine learning-driven discovery of catalytic and energy materials. He employs high-throughput simulations to predict materials before experimental validation.
