Jack P. Moehle is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC Berkeley's College of Engineering. His research focuses on structural engineering, earthquake engineering, and reinforced concrete systems, with expertise in seismic retrofitting, performance-based earthquake engineering, and lifeline infrastructure resilience.
